The 2015 Women’s National Road Series commences next week and features an expanded schedule taking in two new races making it the premier women’s road racing series in the Asia-Pacific region, the new events in January are the Santos Women’s Tour which coincides with the Santos Tour Down Under, and later in January the Women’s Cadel Evans Road Race. In total the 2015 Women’s National Road Series features 10 races across six states finishing with the Tour of the Goldfields late in October.

The women’s field will see the return of Australian national team member Taryn Heather (Bicycle Superstore), who has spent the past four years abroad, and her return comes as Lizzie Williams (Specialized Securitor) and Chloe McConville (Jayco/Apollo/VIS) depart to join the Pro ranks of Orica-AIS in 2015.
The Subaru Women’s National Road Series is a ten race series (*now nine) with races in NSW, Victoria, South Australia, ACT and Tasmania, and ACT.
