Lezyne have introduced it’s 2016 range including the new Strip Drive LED lights that are designed to fit the increasingly popular aero handlebar shapes as well as aero seatposts. There are two rear models, the Lezyne Strip Drive Pro with a max of 100 lumens output from five LED’s with 9 flash modes. The lower spec Lezyne Strip Drive has a max of 25 lumens. Both weigh 69 grams and are retained by a silicone strap that wraps around an aero seatpost. The Pro is available in a red or black body while the base model is only available in black, the Strip Drive lights have co-moulded bodies so water can’t enter between lens and body and both are recharged by cable free USB stick.
The front Lezyne Strip Drive has five LED’s delivering 120 lumens with 9 combined lumen and flash modes, enhanced MOR lens with side visibility and is charged via cable free USB stick. The Strip Drive body is moulded to fit the shape of an aero handlebar and secured with same type silicone strap as the rear lights.
Lezyne Performance Range
The performance range LED lights are now recharged directly via USB instead of having a removable battery. The Lezyne Deca Drive sits at the top of the performance range and has a massive 1500 lumens output, CNC machined aluminium case and 6 combined flash and lumen settings. The Deca Drive weighs 247 grams without mount and comes in either black or silver. The Lezyne performance range has three other models, the Super Drive XXL, the Power Drive XL (pictured below) and the Macro Drive XL.
