Alex Dowsett breaks the UCI Hour Record

Early last month Alex Dowsett broke the UCI Hour record in front of a packed Manchester Velodrome crowd setting a new hour record of 52.937km. The 26 year old Movistar rider added nearly a half a kilometre to Australian BMC rider Rohan Dennis previous record. Dowsett rode a Canyon Speedmax WHR prototype that ran a Campagnolo Power2Max crankset and Campagnolo disc wheels. Endura enlisted the help of aerodynamics guru Simon Smart to create a special skinsuit for the UCI Hour Record breaking ride.
